Booking Terms and Conditions  These general conditions, together with the registration form, comprise the contract between the client and Run by Singers Limited. Charges are per person and include tuition and meals as indicated but not transport or accommodation (unless explicitly stated). Cancellation Run by Singers Limited must be notified in writing of all cancellations.  If you wish to cancel after confirmation of the booking has already been sent, a minimum of eight weeks notice must be given or you will forfeit your deposit. Providing that at least eight weeks notice is given, deposits will be refunded after deduction of a £30 cancellation fee  If you cancel after that time the following charges will apply: 22-55 days before start date    Deposit 8-21 days before start date      50% of total cost 3-7 days before start date       75% of total cost 48 hours before start date       100% of total cost No refunds can be made if you leave the course after its commencement. Holiday cancellation insurance is available from many providers and is strongly recommended. Run by Singers Limited reserves the right to cancel a course up to eight weeks before it is due to start if numbers enrolled have not reached the minimum required. We also reserve the right to amend the advertised programme if this is found to be unavoidable. Liability Run by Singers Ltd will not be liable for any loss or damage to property or injury unless resulting from our negligence. Participants are therefore strongly advised to take out appropriate holiday and travel insurance for the duration of the course. Jurisdiction These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising under these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
